HOME SALE READINESS INSPECTION
HOME SALE READINESS INSPECTION in Anthem, AZ
Whether you're a homeowner wanting to sell your house or a realtor getting ready to list a client's house, Two Hands For Hire’s impartial sale readiness process is designed to get and keep the home under contract by improving the home's show, maximize offer price, reduce avoidable items on buyer's inspection and minimize time on market.
Our service identifies, and in some cases resolves, conditions that may be present in a property that may prolong time on the market or dissuade buyers before or after signing a contract.
The entire process is fully documented and a complete report with pictures of the noted deficiencies and recommendations for conditions that may reduce the appeal of the property is provided enabling the homeowner or realtor to address identified items. Two Hands for hire can then offer direct or concierge services to engage and manage to complete the desired repairs.

One of the best contractor experiences we've had
After doing a good amount of homework to find a contractor that would and could do the type of work we required, we selected Ray and John, Two Hands For Hire owners. Although the actual work we required might be considered an easy / small job, it was extremely important to us because it affected the primary image and presentation of our home. Even though their price for the work was slightly higher than the other contractors we considered, I know from their initial visit to our home that they were the right choice. Not only did they show up when they said they would (on time), they emailed their proposal to us quickly without us having to contact them to remind them to send their proposal. They took the time to explain every aspect of what and how they would complete each element of the project. They made it possible for us to truly understand what to expect. I easily came to the conclusion that they really knew what they were doing. They showed up when they said they would and immediately got to work. They completed the work when they said they would and the quality of their work is outstanding. Additionally, there were a couple of work items not included in their proposal, which they pointed out to me, and they just did those items because it was obviously the right thing to do, at no additional cost. Finding this quality of tradesmen for such handyman work (courtyard floor stone repair, courtyard masonry privacy wall stucco repair and painting, and stucco repair and painting around the exterior of the house) for us was like finally finding the right/perfect mechanic for your favorite car. We have other work we plan to do on our home and we plan to use Ray and John again. I recommend them to anyone for handyman type work. These are people with integrity.
Very high quality!
Ray Lane, the handy man that owns Two hands Four hire is an amazing handy man! He is always on time and makes sure that the job is good enough to your satisfaction after it’s done, and calls you a few days later to make sure that you still are satisfied. I would highly recommend calling Two hands Four hire for handy man needs.
